Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year! August 3rd, the first day of school, is a minimum day (8:30 a.m to 12:45 p.m.). 

Please Note: Class begins at 8:30 a.m. Students should be in their classroom and in their seats before the bell rings. We will have staff assisting students and helping them find their class. Please plan to be early to be on time. Let's have a great year!

As nearly 44,000 students returned to San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD) campuses for the start of the new school year on Monday, Aug. 3, the District’s School Police Department is urging motorists to exercise extra caution around schools and along student travel routes.

As the San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD) prepares to welcome tens of thousands of students and employees back for the new school year, SBCUSD District Police have arrested a suspect believed to be responsible for a series of copper thefts and acts of vandalism that impacted multiple school campuses.
